This policy explains how BuiltRad Co. collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website or use BuiltRad Follow-Up (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account and business information: your name, email, phone number, business details, preferences, and login information.
• Customer and project information: information you choose to upload, including customer contact details, estimates, project notes, follow-up history, and attachments.
• Billing information: subscription status and transaction metadata. Stripe processes payment-card information; we do not store your full card number.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, IP address, security, and usage data generated when you use the Service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, authenticate accounts, store your projects and files, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for subscription billing; and Vercel for hosting and delivery. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ information.

Your customer data

You retain ownership of the information and files you upload. You authorize us to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service. You are responsible for having the legal right to upload and use your customers’ information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authenticated workspaces and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, backups, billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices and rights

You may update account and business information inside the Service. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
